Private Land Hunts for Elk and Mule Deer

Elk Hunting:

The elk hunting is phenomenal on this ranch. Over the past 15 years the ranch has produced over 90% success rate on elk. Seeing herds of more than 300 elk has never been a problem on The Elk Ranch.

Archery Elk Hunts:

Drop Camp Archery Elk Hunts: We offer drop camp archery hunts only during the first two weeks of the archery season. The elk are normally bugling during this time, but not in the heat of the rut. They are bugling enough for you to locate them and move in closer. We also have ground blinds and tree stands setup over water holes and wallows. This hunt includes private land hunting, lodging in one of our cabins with all the amenities, use of the main lodge during the day and use of the heated barn with walk in cooler. This is a non-guided hunt and you supply your own food. This is a 5 day hunt. Cost $2,500 per person

Full Service Archery Elk Hunts: On this hunt you get private land hunting, lodging, meals, guide and field care of trophies. This hunt is 2 on 1. This is a 5 day hunt. Cost $3,750 per person.

Muzzleloader Elk Hunts:

During this time of year the elk are normally rutting pretty hard. You will hear lots of bugles and see tons of elk. This is a full service hunt that includes private land hunting, lodging, meals, guide and field care of trophies. This hunt is 2 on 1 hunt that last five days. This hunt usually books up fast. Cost is $4,500 per person.

Rifle Elk Hunts:

Our rifle hunts are some the best in the state with over 90% success rate. We normally see 100’s of elk during your hunt. The average size elk scores between 260” to 300”. We harvest several bulls each year that score over 300”. This is a 4 day hunt which includes private land hunting, lodging, meals, guide and field care of trophies. This hunt is 2 on 1. Cost is $5,500 per person. Combo Elk/Deer: Our combo hunts are incredible. Our mule deer score between 170” to 200”. We harvest deer that score over 200” every year. This is a very limited hunt with only 4 to 6 mule deer taken each year. A combo hunt for elk and mule deer cost is $9,500.

Mule Deer Rifle Hunts:

Giant mule deer seem to be what every western big game hunter is talking about these days. Our mule deer hunting is some of the best around. Nothing compares to the number or size of the mule deer on this ranch. While just riding around the ranch on an average afternoon, a person can count at least twenty bucks that would make Pope and Young records. Our mule deer score between 170” to 200”. We harvest deer that score over 200” every year. This is a very limited hunt with only 4 to 6 mule deer taken each year. This is a 4 day hunt which includes private land hunting, lodging, meals, guide and field care of trophies. This hunt is 1 on 1. Cost is $6,500 per person.
